How to Return
Retune request for all the products that are sold by Style18.com, may return within 7 days of delivery for a refunds and products must be unused and in good condition.
How to Return:
You may raise your return request by following simple steps.
1) Download Style18.com App
2) Login to your Account
3) Click on “Apply for Return”
4) Click on “Return” after the item you wish to return
5) Fill all details for requesting a return
After submitting a return request, you can either select a pickup or mail the return package. If you select pickup, the pickup charge is ₹120/package, that will be deducted from your refund amount. If you select pick up of product, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount of your product. But if the wrong product is delivered of damaged, please contact through customer services under My Account for free pickup.
About Refunds
All Refund will be issued to your Style18.com balance account or credited to your original payment method. If it is refunded to your Style18.com account, you may withdraw your balance in Style18.com App.
